Getting started.
- Create an artist account or log in, then open Your studio.
- Choose Edit artist profile + photos. Add a portrait, cover, bio, website, and up to eight captioned gallery photos.
- Connect your Ganymede accounts by email verification, or add your YouTube channel, then choose linked media.
- To upload your own work, open Upload music + videos. Upload one file at a time, preview the private draft, then check Publish on my showcase and save.

Frequently asked questions.
How much can I upload?
Each artist has 250 MB for direct music/video uploads. Music files can be up to 25 MB; videos up to 100 MB. Drafts use storage too. Linked Ganymede/YouTube items do not use this allowance. Artist photos have a separate eight-photo gallery allowance.
Which formats work?
MP3 and AAC-encoded M4A for music. H.264 MP4 with AAC audio is recommended for broad video playback; WebM is also accepted. Files are verified, not transcoded. Convert unsupported formats before uploading.
What appears in my playlist?
Published uploaded music and selected Ganymede music share one playlist. Videos have their own grid. Up to 30 published media items can be selected across uploaded and linked sources. Lower upload position numbers appear first.
Are drafts public?
No. An unpublished direct upload can be previewed only while signed into the owning artist account. Publishing makes it publicly playable. Unpublishing blocks new public requests; it cannot recall downloaded copies or data already buffered by listeners.
How do I reclaim storage?
Delete unused direct uploads in your library. Unpublishing alone does not reclaim storage. File deletion is permanent; retain your own originals.
Why are uploads paused?
The service starts with 5 GB of shared direct-media capacity and preserves free server space. When capacity is reached, use linked Ganymede or YouTube media or contact support.
How do mailing lists work?
Verbena Email handles your mailing list and campaigns in a separate account. Add your public newsletter signup URL in Edit artist profile to display Join my mailing list. Amp! does not collect subscribers through that link itself.
Do Ganymede changes automatically sync?
No. Linked selections use saved titles and URLs. If you remove or change the source file, update your showcase selection. Direct uploads are managed separately in your Amp! library.
